- Furnished option: +$80/month per person.
- 9-month option: +$100/month per person; 4-bedroom units only. All tenants in the unit must use the 9-month lease. Confirm dates with management.
- A very limited number of garages are available with 4-bedroom Premier units for an additional $5/month per person.
- Refundable security deposit: $200.
- Non-refundable redecorating fee: $300. Read the fee explanation.
- Pet fee: A one-time, non-refundable $300 fee applies. Contact management for current pet limits and details.
- No application fee.
